Starter – 6 months
An intensive program that provides enterprise marketing teams with a basic understanding of enterprise marketing tools and setting up marketing processes and calendars.
- B2B marketing foundations: Creating an understanding of enterprise marketing concepts among team members.
- Coaching plan: Assessment of skills and assignment of learning plan, timeline and outcomes for each team member.
- Weekly coaching sessions: 1 one-on-one session with each team member and 2 group sessions with the entire marketing team.
- Marketing plan assistance: Assisting the team in developing a comprehensive marketing plan with KPIs in alignment with the business goals.
- Lead generation coaching: Training 1 team member in setting up marketing automation and B2B contact database platforms and operations for lead generation campaigns.
- Demand generation content: Training 1 team member in developing demand-generation content and creating the content calendar.
- Employer branding coaching: Training 1 team member in developing content and content calendar for employer branding on social media.
- Event planning: Assisting the team in selecting trade summits in alignment with business objectives and buyer personas and developing pre-event, in-event and post-event marketing plans and processes.
- Product launches: Assisting the team in developing product launch strategy and processes for launching new products or features across multiple channels.
- Process optimization: Using Agile Methodology to optimize existing marketing team processes to improve task management.
- Career development: Motivating each team member with a learning plan and KPIs for future career development.
- Design development: Supporting the setting of standards, templates, and processes for consistent branding across multiple marketing materials, including websites, decks, and social media.
- Performance monitoring and reporting: Assisting the team in developing monthly reports with key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights.

- Extra 1-on-1: US$50 per hour per person
- Extra team sessions: US$100 per hour
- SEO training: Training in using SEO tools, processes, content development and creation of on-page SEO strategy – US$5,000
- ABM ads: Training in setting up and deploying ABM LinkedIn ads and attribution for lead generation – US$5,000
- Product marketing: Editing of all sales enablement content for consistency and accurate communication of product benefits – US$5,000
- Mentoring: 1-on-1 mentoring for individual team members after the program ends – US$150 per month per person
Growth – 9 months
Provides enterprise marketing teams with a stronger foundation for long-term success. Includes everything from Starter.
- In-depth team workshops: Tailored workshops on specific marketing topics like content marketing, social media marketing, and marketing automation.
- Advanced campaign development: Assistance in developing and implementing complex multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Data analysis and optimization: Advanced data analysis and insights to optimize campaigns and marketing performance, including A/B testing and attribution modelling.
- Product marketing: Supporting the team in reviewing and editing the sales enablement material and implementing collaboration best practices for product marketing.
- Hiring and assessment: Optional development of job descriptions, hiring criteria and conducting interviews for positions on the enterprise marketing team.
- Executive coaching: Optional one-on-one coaching sessions with the CEO or other senior executives on marketing alignment and ROI.
